Teaching and coaching have been a passion of mine for many years. I began my teaching journey in 2009 at Club Heights Elementary in Ogden, Utah, where I spent five wonderful years working with students in grades K-6. As I transitioned into directing, I discovered my knack for coaching actors and helping them bring their best work to the stage and screen. Since 2012, I have worked professionally as a director, guiding performers in regional, semi-professional, and educational settings.
Now, as a faculty member at Brooklyn College, I teach Introduction to Acting and Acting Workshop I/II, working with actors to develop their craft, strengthen their choices, and refine their technique. Whether you're preparing for an audition, perfecting a self-tape, or diving into scene study, I would love to help you feel confident and prepared.
In addition to acting coaching, I am a certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor from Yoga to the People NYC and offer private yoga sessions to help performers and non-performers alike connect with their breath, build strength, and cultivate mindfulness.
